Liz is a tough-as-nails New Yorker with a life falling apart faster than her morning bagel. SOUND BATHS
with Healer/Percussionist Marcel Smith

A meditative experience where participants are immersed in vibrational percussive sounds. Participants may either sit in chairs or bring a yoga mat and lie down to listen and relax.

Marcel has been involved in the healing arts for over thirty years. Being a professional percussionist, sound healing was a natural connection. Marcel uses the wide range of vibrations of gongs and singing bowls to resonate and heal the mind, body, and spirit.
