The Open Eye Theater presented the Catskill Mountain Shakespeare Company with their touring production

Pericles tells the epic story of the titular character’s long, arduous journey filled with personal loss, exile, and separation from his family. The play spans years of struggle as Pericles faces shipwrecks, the loss of his wife Thaisa, and the kidnapping of his daughter Marina. At its core, Pericles is a story about a father and daughter finding each other against all odds, making it one of Shakespeare’s most hopeful and moving works.
